This is the core of your complaint. Untick anything you cannot stand behind.
In September 2026, a student who had been brought to Maastricht from Gaza by the university posted a video on social media that appeared to show him claiming involvement in the Hamas attack of 7 October 2023. According to the Jewish student association IJAR, he lives in the same student housing and studies at the same faculty as Jewish and Israeli students. The university provisionally suspended him. On 2 October 2026, the Public Prosecution Service concluded that he was not involved in the attack and that no criminal offences were committed. The university has said it will discuss with him and others involved how he can resume his studies. My complaint is not about this student, but about how the university has handled the situation towards Jewish students.
Sources, checked 2 October 2026: Taskforce report, De Nieuwe Ster (earlier warnings), NOS (suspension), Public Prosecution Service, UM statement of 2 October 2026. Situations change, so check that each point is still correct before you send.
Tick only what is true for you. Each ticked sentence is added to your letter, which goes to the university.

One more thing? Letters that describe something specific are harder for the university to answer with a standard reply. Add a short description of an incident under "Add more detail".
